Shelder the Electric Clamfish is a multi-instrumentalist and storyteller residing on the traditional, unceded territories of the Coast Salish Peoples, specifically the Hul’qumi’num and SENCOTEN speaking peoples. She performs her eclectic-art-folk compositions, drawing inspiration from her travels as a musician and from historical Canadian legends and folk tales. After residing in Halifax, Nova Scotia for three years, The Electric Clamfish now incorporates traditional East Coast music into her original compositions, blending familiar sounds with a new deep-sea folk-punk energy. She will be joined by drummer/pianist/vocalist Brandon Bronson and bassist Sam Schuette. The three will be performing a mix of Electric Clamfish originals as well as a few unexpected covers.
