Haan Palcu-Chang has cooked at and led award-winning kitchens in Denmark France, Singapore, and Canada. His teams have won Best Bar/Restaurant in Paris in 2014 and Best New Restaurant in Toronto in 2020. As a consultant he has helped open multiple successful concepts around the world including Hero in Paris and Le Bon Funk in Singapore.
